Cottage 1 has a very large fully fitted kitchen/diner which leads into an enormous heavily beamed sitting room measuring around 42 sq. m. There is a large open granite and stone fireplace with a large woodburner, which ducts heat all over the house. Access to the three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor is by way of an open-tread staircase. There is one double bedroom with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, bath and wash basin.

COTTAGE 2
Cottage 2 is slightly smaller with a 32 sq. m sitting room with a lovely granite raised hearth open fireplace. This is a very bright room which leads into a 32 sq. m kitchen/diner again fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. An open-treaded staircase leads up to the three bedrooms, one double and two twin, and the shower room with WC and wash basin.

Either cottage can cater for babies by arrangement. A shopping/cooking servicecan be arranged locally prior to your arrival.

THE GARDENS
Outside, each property looks onto the courtyard and each has its own large garden area with plenty of outdoor furniture and own barbecue for those relaxing Summer evenings. We have badminton, volleyball, other family activities and various children's toys. The whole of the grounds extend to around 1 hectare and include hard and softwood trees and lots of soft fruit trees which grow in this very mild climate. These attract numerous, and sometimes very rare birds and butterflies. The property is home to a pair of Long Eared owls and there is a badger sett in adjoining fields.
